Perfect location, near beach and park. Clean and tidy rooms with daily cleaning. Kind and helpful staff, especially Iliana at reception. Fresh and tasty food options.

Nothing, all great.

I made reservation for one apartment, but it was not located in the hotel building. The apartment is placed in completed other house in the city center and is not a part of the hotel.This fact is not written in the hotel info. When I asked explanation on the reception the staff was very rude.

The hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms and very tasty food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Still, we had a room next to the elevator and there was a strange noise from it. Another thing was the smell of the room because the carpet by the balcony door was wet all the time.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and park. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bar staff were excellent and as quick as they could be having been overtaxed working so many hours and parties at the same time as open bar, The location was excellent! Water was beautiful! I would recommend the hotel because of the location and no other reason! This hotel is in need of a serious renovation!

The room was old and the wear and tear was obvious. There was a huge tear in the carpet where they joined it together in front of the toilet. When I sat at the edge of the bed to open the refrigerator I could see the dirt deep in the carpet and it smelled like dirty feet. The restaurant only served pork breakfast lunch and dinner. We had to request at least one choice of something else and it was met with resistance.

Hotel had no method of payment other than cash. The water supply in the bathroom was sporadic and no hot water at all.

Great Christmas Vacation We had a wonderful Christmas vacation with our family! the location was perfect - close to the beach and many local shops and restaurants. the hotel offered amazing entertainment throughout the holiday season, including live music and festive activities for the kids. Our room was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

Limited Amenities Although we had a great vacation, we were disappointed with the limited amenities offered at the hotel. the pool was small and not very well maintained, and we had to pay extra for certain activities and amenities.

Very close to the beach

My experience in this hotel. booked a family room 30 m2 but when I came to Hanioti I got a very small room. After 3 days in 20 m2 four adults and child we get a room that we deserved. What I reserved I do not get it. If I booked family room 30 m2 I must get it or if it is not at that size they give me something else. On your web site if i remember we fill person (adults or child) and depending what we fill your site suggest. That is why I choose the room. The room what i get it is adjusted room for two adults I sent you a photos and tell a true. This is simple cheating the customer because on the web site is writing many things but when you come to the hotel you see something else. I Think that this situation is like revenge to me because after I booked from your booking site I get phone call from the hotel to cancel the reservation. After a lot of mails between me - custom service from booking and hotel a get the reservation. Very unkind staff

We liked only the location which is excellent. The hotel is on the beach, and very near to the center of the city as well.

This hotel is definitely not worth for the money. Even if we had sea view room, the bathroom was smelling terrible, and all the room was getting to smell on canalization. In the shower had no enough pressure of water, so you could hardly got showered. From the six night while we were staying, 3 nights the part of the hotel, including our room was run out of electricity, so we had to wait until 1 after midnight for fixing the issue. Sunbeads are paid 6 euros per pair with nothing included, the parking cost from 10-15 eur per day. The most important to us - NO WIRELESS INTERNET IN THE ROOMS, ONLY IN RECEPTION HALL.

Great beachfront location and beautiful views from some rooms. The all-inclusive package is a good deal with tasty meals and drinks included. There's also a variety of water sports offered on the beach.

The hotel is run-down and some rooms have plumbing issues and outdated furnishings. The staff can be unhelpful and unresponsive, especially when it comes to resolving problems.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few steps from the beach. We liked the room, although the bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast was abundant.

The sunbeds on the beach which belong to the hotel area were not free.

Parking and 15kb/s wi-fi were not for free . Garbage bags deposited at the main entrance of hotel . Same breakfast for a week . Unfriendly staff ...

We had a great time at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right on the beach, with easy access to the sea and a beautiful park where the kids can play. The rooms were clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff, especially Liliana at reception, were extremely helpful and kind. The food was fresh and tasty, and we had the option of choosing between all-inclusive and half-board. We couldn't ask for more!

The parking was quite small and finding a spot nearby was not always easy. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to all the great things this hotel has to offer.

No water for some hours even for the toilets. Cold water for shower one day. Too much noice in the room that we asked to change the room.

Hanioti Grandotel Hotel is very nice hotel. We'd liked that is very close to the beach with the clean waters. The hotel is very close to Hanioti's village which is very lively area.

A 4 star hotel is unacceptable to charge the sunbed. It should be referred to the web page as it is referred the charge for the parking. This could be a reason not to be a choice.
